Experience: 2 to 4 years testing

Description: On-site at a government facility in Washington, D.C. providing end-to-end testing services for major software applications developed either in-house or by commercial vendors.
Responsibilities:
Analyze documented requirements and develop test plans and high level test cases.

Analyze software design documents and refine high level test cases into detailed test cases.

Attend and participate in client Quality Gate Review meetings to validate adequacy of requirements and design documentation.

Attend Test Readiness Review to understand the test environment and the location of documentation.

Execute new test cases and conduct regression testing.

Generate daily and final Test Defect Reports for government Project Manager.

Prepare a final Test Analysis Reports the include discussion of deferred defects.

Requirements
Must be a U.S citizen and able to pass stringent government background check.

Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, especially the testing phases and configuration management.

Knowledge of Mercury/HP Test Director test management software.

Knowledge of Serena Dimensions configuration management system.

Excellent communications skills, able to write and speak clear English.

Experience testing large government software applications a plus.

Experience with LoadRunner/WinRunner and other automated testing tools a plus.

Professional Certifications a plus.
